Guidelines for Online Application Submission:
Proof of Birth – Child’s Birth Record (ANM Registered Card, Anganwadi Card, Hospital Birth Record, Self-Affirmed Declaration (Date of Birth Signed by Parents or Guardians))
Determining Applicant’s Age – Applicant’s age as of 31-03-2025
For Nursery – Age should be between 3 to 4 years.
For KG-I – Age should be between 4 to 5 years.
For Class I – Age should be between 5 to 6 years and 6 months.
Residence Verification –
Proof of Parent’s Address (Aadhar card, ration card, bank statement or passbook, voter ID card, driver’s license, gas bill (within 3 months), Kisan photo passbook (KCC card), registered lease/sale/rent agreement (Kirayanaama), MNREGA job card, passport, address attested by Sarpanch or equivalent authority (Up-Sarpanch or Secretary) (rural areas), address proof with photo attested by MLA, MP, Tehsildar or gazetted officer (on their letterhead) may be submitted)

How to Apply RTE Jharkhand Admission 2025-26
The registration and login procedure for prospective candidates seeking admission under the Right to Education (RTE) scheme will be open from February 2025, to February 2025. To begin the process, please visit www.rtehazaribagh.in and click on the Login button, followed by selecting the Student Sign-in Button. Enter the necessary details including Student Name, Phone Number, Date of Birth (D.O.B), Choose a Password, and complete the registration process by clicking on the Register Button.
Subsequently, log in using the Registered Mobile Number, select the child, input the password, and click on the Login Button. Proceed by selecting your district and block from the provided options, followed by choosing the child’s name and uploading a passport-sized image. Provide both current and permanent addresses, Mother’s Name and Father’s Name along with their respective occupations, phone numbers, and Aadhar Card numbers.
Enter the Family Income, Income Certificate number, and upload the Income Certificate. Select the caste, provide the caste certificate number, and upload the caste certificate. Include the signature of either the Mother, Father, or Guardian and indicate the source of form completion. Confirm agreement with the provided information by ticking the checkbox and click on the “Submit” button.
For School Application
- Select your preferred school, specify the distance between the school and your home,
- Then click on Apply.
Review and Finalize
- Before finalizing, review the complete application for accuracy
- Click on the “Print Application” button once all details have been verified.
