NSE Market Timings 2024
Equity trading takes place every weekday, with the exception of weekends and officially designated holidays. Here’s how the trading schedule is structured:
A) Pre-open Session
Order placement and adjustments are available from 09:00 to 09:08, followed by a brief one-minute random closure before the pre-open order matching begins.
B) Regular Trading Session
The market opens for standard trading at 09:15 and remains active until 15:30.
C) Closing Session
The Closing Session runs from 15:40 to 16:00.
D) Block Deal Session Timings:
Morning Window: Available from 08:45 to 09:00.
Afternoon Window: Available from 14:05 to 14:20.
